Goal: Attract businesses to a new office complex.
Strategy: To highlight the unique features of the office complex, I organized a photo shoot of a business executive on a boat with his laptop. Photos and content were used in ads across magazine, newspaper, direct mail and billboards targeting local businesses.
Outcome: The client secured leases with five new businesses during the campaign.

Goal: Promote new Partners for Promise initiative to businesses, non-profits and individuals across Florida.
Strategy: Launched a statewide marketing campaign, including marketing collateral clearly explaining what Partners for Promise was and how to get involved.
Outcome: Secured 3,000 partners and $1.5M in support in the first year.
